The blue car is turning right from the ending road at a T-intersection and faces a GIVE WAY sign. The red car approaches from its left on the continuing road and is going straight. Must blue give way?
Blue must give way to red on the continuing road. Blue’s GIVE WAY sign also requires it to let conflicting uncontrolled traffic pass.

Check the control on your own approach, the continuing road and the other vehicle’s route. Being to the other driver’s right does not override your GIVE WAY sign.
