Which group is allowed to ride bicycles on a footpath under the child-riding rule?
子どもの自転車走行に関する規則で、歩道を自転車で走れるのは誰ですか？
Children aged 12 and under may cycle on footpaths. A parent or caregiver may also ride with them to supervise; adult accompaniment is not a condition of the child’s permission.
12歳以下の子どもは歩道を自転車で走れます。親や保護者も見守るために一緒に走れますが、子どもの走行許可が大人の同伴を条件とするわけではありません。
