Who can require you to undergo a breath screening test?

Screening, evidential breath testing and blood testing are different procedures. This does not mean only police may take blood samples.

ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਜਾਂਚ, ਸਬੂਤ ਲਈ ਸਾਹ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਅਤੇ ਖ਼ੂਨ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਵੱਖਰੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਹੀ ਖ਼ੂਨ ਦੇ ਨਮੂਨੇ ਲੈ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
